I am the Founder & Chief Executive at KaMakhiwa Capital. With expertise spanning enterprise development, social enterprise and maritime leadership, I am a seasoned impact strategist and keynote speaker. A lifelong learner and systems thinker, I combine academic rigor with real-world application to drive sustainable and measurable outcomes​ for teams and organisations.

My professional designations include Business Accountant in Practice - BAP (SA), I Member : South African Institute of Financial Markets and Coaches and Mentors Southern Africa.

My professional trajectory is marked by entrepreneurial and executive achievements. I launched my first business venture in 2005 and later took on prominent roles, including Head: Maritime Centre of Excellence at the KwaZulu-Natal Sharks Board (2016–2019) and Manager: Maritime at the Moses Kotane Institute (2019–2020). My expertise spans maritime, social enterprise, innovation, and impact management.

I am an experienced facilitator, keynote speaker, essays and papers author. Highlights of my engagements include chairing the Social Enterprise Forum on Africa (2019) and co-authoring the peer-reviewed paper "Applying Systems Thinking Towards Enterprise Development," published by Juta Journals.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I am a lifelong learner with a passion for anthropology, systems thinking, and spirituality. An avid sports enthusiast, I am a dedicated supporter of The Sharks rugby team and a Formula 1 aficionado. A self-proclaimed flâneur, I find inspiration walking the streets of Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, La Rochelle, or Stone Town, immersing myself in the world's cultural and spiritual landscapes.​
